03Inspect the unit and report any damage, defect or wrong item within 30 days of delivery.
04Install through a licensed shop and complete the pre-installation checklist.
05Keep it uninstalled and unmodified if you may want to return it.
06Talk to us first — before any teardown, second install or chargeback.

What we sell
Every unit is a used OEM engine or transmission, pulled from a donor vehicle and inspected and tested before sale — not new, not remanufactured.
Engines sell as long-block assemblies unless your invoice says otherwise: block, cylinder head(s) and all internal parts.
Bolt-on accessories left on a unit are free of charge and not covered by warranty unless noted.
Mileage and descriptions come from the donor's records and our inspection, given in good faith; OEM parts may interchange across years, makes and models per OEM standards.

VIN, fitment & photo approval
You supply the correct VIN of the vehicle being repaired; we confirm compatibility against it before completing any order.
Before shipping, we send photos of your actual unit for approval.
Interchange fitments may need sensors, brackets or a sump swapped over — normal, not a wrong part.
A wrong VIN from your side makes the return a customer return under clause 09.

Prices & payment
All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice — a confirmed order price doesn't.
Payment is due in full when you order unless arranged otherwise. We accept major cards and the methods shown at checkout.
Deposits are non-refundable once order processing has begun.
We may cancel any order where payment can't be verified.

Shipping & delivery
Free delivery to commercial and residential addresses in the continental US; a $100 forklift charge applies at residential addresses that need lift service.
Processing takes 4–6 business days for verification, photo approval and palletizing. Transit times are carrier estimates — we're not responsible for carrier or weather delays.
Risk of loss passes to you at delivery. Inspect before you sign and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Inspection & defects
Inspect the product within 30 days of delivery and tell us about any damage, defect or incorrect item in that window.
No report within 30 days means the product is accepted as delivered.
Report visible shipping damage immediately and keep all packaging — both are needed for the carrier claim.

Warranty
Every unit carries a 180-day standard warranty from the delivery date; 1-year and 3-year plans are available at purchase.
Coverage is for internal parts only — no labor, freight or consequential costs.
Void if the unit is disassembled, modified or improperly installed, or if the pre-installation requirements aren't completed.
Cancel at no charge before processing begins; after that, deposits are non-refundable and a dispatched order is handled as a return.
30-day return window from delivery for uninstalled parts. Every return must be pre-approved — contact us before sending anything back.
Parts must come back in original, uninstalled, unmodified condition; anything else isn't refunded.
Customer-caused returns carry return freight and a 25% restocking fee; our error means a full refund with return freight on us. Refunds go to the original payment method. Detail: Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of use, revenue or profit.
Labor, diagnostic, towing and rental costs are never covered, under any circumstances.
Our total liability on any order is capped at the purchase price of the product. Beyond the written warranty, parts are sold as-is.

Governing law, changes & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky; disputes are resolved exclusively in the courts located in Richmond, Kentucky. Write to us first — most issues end there.
We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted, and continued use means you accept them. The version live when you order governs that order.
