Shipping Policy

• Engines and transmissions ship crated and strapped on a pallet via third-party freight carriers. Standard freight is FREE within all 50 US states.
• Orders ship only after your written pre-shipment photo approval. Processing takes 3–5 business days; transit typically 3–7 business days.
• Delivery is curbside; the carrier calls ahead to schedule a window. Delivery to a commercial address or repair shop is recommended. Residential delivery requiring liftgate service is a flat $100, quoted before you pay.
• Inspect before you sign. Check the crate and unit at delivery, note any damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and email us photos within 48 hours. Signing a clean BOL confirms the unit arrived in good condition.
• Tracking details are emailed within 48 hours of carrier pickup.
