TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective August 19, 2026 · Applies to americanmotorsupply.com and phone, text or email orders.

What we sell

• Used OEM engines and transmissions, inspected and tested before sale — not new, not remanufactured.
• Fitment is confirmed against your VIN, and photos of your actual unit are sent for approval before shipping.

Prices & payment

• Prices are in US dollars; payment is due in full when you order.
• Deposits are non-refundable once order processing begins.

Shipping & delivery

• Free freight to commercial and residential addresses in the continental US; $100 forklift charge at residential addresses that need lift service.
• Processing takes 3–5 business days. Inspect before you sign and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Inspection & warranty

• Report any damage, defect or wrong item within 30 days of delivery.
• Every unit carries a 180-day standard warranty; 1-year and 3-year plans available at purchase.
• Covers internal parts only — no labor, towing or rental costs. Disassembly, modification or improper installation voids it.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

• Cancel free before processing begins.
• 30-day return window for uninstalled, unmodified parts — pre-approval required.
• Customer-caused returns: return freight + 20% restocking fee. Our error: full refund, return freight on us.

Liability & governing law

• Our total liability is capped at the purchase price of the product; parts are sold as-is beyond the written warranty.
• Texas law governs; disputes are resolved in the courts of Austin, TX.
